We can reduce weight without cut down our diet.But this thing is working on some people.Some have been not taking benefits from this.If it is not working on you then reduce your diet.
                    According to this eat your whole day diet in different parts.Separate your meals in six parts a day.It will make your metabolism effective and fast.After doing this your metabolism will digest your small part of food very quickly and then it will have a time to repair itself.If you can cut down some calories then it will more beneficial for you.Don't forget one thing ,the food which will you eat should be high in protein and have a good amount of fibre.

Always avoid sugary drinks to maintain healthy metabolism.Fresh vegetables always play vital role to cut down unhealthy fat and make balance in hormones.Drink plenty of water in day and eat very low amount of food at night but it should be high in protien.It helps you to reduce fat fastly.

Precautions:

1. Separate the food in six parts but don't increase it, make chart of calories.
2. Drinkn water before one hour of meal.
3. Do exercise.

Walking:

Walking is the best way to reduce fat ,keep folloe diet chart and if you can't do much exercise then go for a walk daily. It will make your body strong and burn calories which helps to reduce unhealthy fats.
