Take a cup of water on moderate flame and take small part of ginger. Crush it with knife or other thing into very small parts, then put all these parts of ginger in water placed on flame. Then boil it two times and then put the flame off. Now extract water of boiled ginger into cup. Then take one lemon and put its juice into ginger tea. If you have raw honey then put raw honey to the cup. Now mix it till the complete mixture does't see. Drink morning time or before workout . If you have empty stomach then first drink hot water but in small amount and after 5 to ten minutes drink it. You will definitely get best results.
